5. Online Shop and Payment Processing
Processing of Customer and Contract Data
We collect, process, and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, content, or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). This is done on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Data Transmission upon Contract Conclusion for Online Shops

Payment Service Provider – Mollie
We use the payment service provider Mollie for processing payments in our online shops.
The provider is Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands (hereinafter "Mollie“).
When you place a chargeable order in one of our shops, the payment data you entered in the order form (e.g., name, amount, bank details, credit card number) is processed by Mollie for the purpose of payment processing. Mollie acts as a data processor in this regard.
The payment methods offered by Mollie include, among others: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and instant bank transfer.

6. Email Delivery
Transactional Emails via SMTP
For sending transactional emails (e.g., registration confirmation, order confirmation, password reset), we use the SMTP server of our hosting provider webgo (s139.goserver.host). These are exclusively system-generated emails – no newsletter mailings take place.
Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) or Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the delivery of relevant information).
